    Thank you very much! I'm currently dealing with a shin injury and these seated cardio sessions arent ideal but its better than nothing because i currently have no other means to exercise due to my financial position. This is very much appreciated until i purchase a stationary bike one day!

    i did this workout today because i got some upsetting news and i didnt have the mental strength to push through a more intense workout. i was not feeling it at the beginning, but i actually managed to push it to a higher intensity by running and punching and adding a 30 second sprint at the end. thats why i love these modified workouts – they help me overcome my need for motivation and make the workout seem less daunting so when that adrenaline hits me i can ramp up the intensity for myself.

    Love these workouts. It is too bad that the ads have ruined them. I will not buy any of the products advertised because they ruined the flow of the workout!!!

    I'm 67 years old and since I retired I was becoming a couch potato! I gained weight and felt helpless and hopeless. Then I googled body work out for seniors and saw Daniel with Douglas and Diana working out. Fast forward 3 months…..I lost 23 pound and counting😊 thanks to Daniel

    I love this workout – and I'll tell you why. I am a young senior who found this challenging but do-able. So many routines for seniors are either too easy or too hard. But the other two things I like about it are: the changes every 20 seconds. I have ADHD and it just means the world to me to not do the same move for a long time. And, the fact that there are no squats. I injured my knee about a year ago and I just can't do squats anymore. I usually do alternatives when squats come up in workouts. I've checked other Body Project videos and signed up online looking for more like this, but I"m not looking for a "program" – just want more of this type of routine …

    Wow! This chair workout is just like Daniel's other workouts but just sitting in a chair. I sustain a knee injury recently and this workout was perfect for it. Body Project Workouts are truly the best !!

    Thank you so much for this! I’ve been doing your workouts for a year and love them. Then, at the end of 2021, I slipped and broke my ankle, which required surgery. To go from active to suddenly in a cast and bed-bound was hard. I was looking for something to keep me active without overtaxing me or risk injuring my ankle. This was a great and challenging workout!

    I've got back/neck/shoulders pain after following a cardio routine which is quite intense, and I guess my muscles were not strong enough for it lol… plus I'm working on fixing my posture. Anyway in the meantime I'm going to do this workout as it looks like it'll be easier on my upper body. 🙂

    If you say this is one of the best workouts you have done, why haven't you made more. My wife and I really enjoy doing this and the other seated workout you have made. Please make more seated exercises.
